• Electronic Claim processing - transmittal through the Florida Medicaid HP Enterprise Services Web Portal
• Summary Report  
• E-Mailed after each billing submission for our Provider's to track units used and the total monies to be recieved. 
• Complete review of all  service authorization's to ensure mistakes or miscalculations are corrected before they cause delay or non payment to the Provider.
• Claim Resolution - We will work to resolve/correct the cause for any denial and complete necessary adjustments.
• Balance Reports - created for tracking units used and remaining on the current service authorizations - updated with each billing submission and available to be mailed,faxed or emailed  to Providers to ensure proper use of the approved amount of funds for the fiscal year.
• Review of Remittance Advice Reports to ensure proper payment to Provider.
• Upon Request, we will provide an Eligibility Check monthly for recipients.
• Personal assistance
•  to add UCMB as your billing company in the FL Medicaid Web Portal
•  provide Florida Medicaid and NPI forms for location changes, 
• to receive payments through the electonic funds transfer, 
•  help with any questions or concerns

We will complete and send the Monthly Expenditure Reports to the Area Agency on Aging for your Recipients on the ADA Waiver.
